Terms & Conditions for Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are non-transferable and non-refundable. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and must be used prior to the expiry date recorded. Only one gift certificate is valid for use per treatment; no accumulation of gift certificates. Original gift certificate must be presented. Gift certificates cannot be used with any promotion and discounts. Arriving late will reduce the time of your treatment. Your treatment will end on time to prevent inconvenience to the next guest and the same treatment price will apply. Advance reservations are required; please quote the gift certificate number. Cancellation within 4 hours notice will incur 50% charge. No-shows will be charged as full amount.
