Guest Fees
Access to Avantang Spa is complimentary when having a spa service. Other guests may wish to purchase a day membership pass for MYR 79.00 per person that provides access to the fitness center, locker room facilities, steam and sauna room, hydrojet whirlpool and the swimming pool.

Avantang Spa Attire
You will be provided with a robe and sandals for your comfort. A secured locker will be available for your personal belongings. The hotel is not responsible for any lost or misplaced items.

Please arrive 30-minutes prior to your appointment time to take full advantage of our facilities, including sauna, steam room and whirlpool. Appointments begin promptly at the time scheduled. If you arrive late, your appointment will be shortened so that the therapist will be on time for the next guests.

Cancellation
Cancellations and changes of scheduled treatments are accepted up to four hours prior to appointment time without incurring a charge. For cancellations within four hours, a cancellation charge of 50% will apply. Without any notification, you will be charged in full.

Service Charge
In an effort to make your spa experience as seamless as possible, a 16% service charge will be added to the cost of your service. Additional gratuities for your service provider(s) are subject to your discretion.
